However in recent months, we have had challenges with the security gates not working; most of the time they are simply opened for all to come in. The landscaping is maintained, however the buildings are faded and the front doors wreak of mole . I, myself have to clean the outside of the front door monthly as it is not a pretty site as you drive up.

This is something I think should be a part of the monthly maintenance of the property. Although they state they have a security officer, never saw one. Like I said in my title, Love my place, but it could be better as it was once a very lovely place but beginning to show lack of care. RBO offers a large selection of vacation rentals from top leading sites such as Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, Trip.com, RV Share, Outdoorsy, and many more providers.

The community is great and the apartments exceed expectations. I have enjoyed living at Northchase, the office staff and maintenance staff have always maintained a professional work environment. Management team is extremely helpful with a positive attitude.

This is a relatively quiet community that's well maintained. I have been a resident in the Northchase Village Apartments since 2017. The management is easy to work with and try their best to accommodate. I would suggest if you are looking for a new home, that you check them out. I have lived here for 3 years and have been pleased. The staff is very easy to work with and courteous even during a pandemic.

In response to COVID-19, office hours and walk-in appointments may be limited. Oh and they opened a pool that was closed by Harris County Public Health due to not meeting requirements and had to close it back up . This review has little to do with the property and more to do with the management/office communication.
